About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Program Manager with a strong engineering background. As a key member of our team, you will manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of our development program.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the development process of new automotive products from conception to launch, ensuring project goals are met within the stipulated timelines and budget.

  • Collaborate with various departments including engineering, design, production, supply chain, and homologation to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Establish and monitor project schedules, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, maintaining clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Foster a high-performance project team, encouraging collaboration and maintaining morale to meet project goals.

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to ensure the relevancy and success of the product in the market.

  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes for future projects.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, within the automotive industry.

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive teams towards achieving project goals.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and manage project risks.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification would be a plus.
