About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer to lead the development and integration of data-driven algorithms into our simulation software. The candidate should have extensive experience in machine learning, data mining, and statistical modeling. Candidates with a background in e-com / quick commerce / food tech are preferred.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enhance data-driven algorithms for simulation software.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Collaborate with the backend team to integrate AI/ML models into the application.
Conduct A/B testing and other performance measures to ensure the effectiveness of models.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.Tech in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
Experience using statistical computer languages (Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years in a data science or related role, with a proven track record in developing and deploying scalable models.
